By accessing or using Ticketify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

Ticketify is an AI-powered ticket generation service that helps users create well-structured project management tickets. We provide tools for generating, formatting, and managing tickets compatible with various project management platforms.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Ticketify is currently offered as a free service. You can generate one ticket without creating an account. Creating an account gives you access to additional features like ticket history and preference saving.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ticketify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you generate using our service. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and analyze your content to improve our service.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that violates any third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

IMPORTANT: All tickets, summaries, or other content generated by Ticketify are provided for informational purposes only and must be manually verified by qualified professionals before use.

You acknowledge and agree that the content generated by Ticketify:

• May contain inaccuracies, errors, or inconsistencies
• Is generated by automated AI systems that have inherent limitations
• Should not be relied upon for critical business operations, financial decisions, or other high-risk purposes without thorough review by qualified personnel
• Is not a substitute for professional judgment or expertise in project management or any other field

You assume complete responsibility for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any content generated by Ticketify before implementing or acting upon it. Ticketify shall not be liable for any financial, business, or other losses resulting from your use of or reliance on any generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ticketify provides the service "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind. Ticketify disclaims all liability for any problems, damages, or issues that may arise from your use of our services.

You agree that Ticketify shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, any content provided through the service, or any problems that may arise from using Ticketify, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Ticketify shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

In the event that Ticketify is deemed liable to you for any reason, you agree that Ticketify's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software, if any. For free users, you acknowledge that you are receiving the service at no cost and therefore Ticketify's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By using Ticketify, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that Ticketify assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any issues, problems, or damages arising from your use of the platform, regardless of the cause or nature of such issues.

With respect to jurisdictions that restrict liability limitations, please note that the following provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not affect your non-waivable statutory rights:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Ticketify's liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by proven gross negligence
• Intentional fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any breach of legal obligations that explicitly cannot be excluded under applicable law

The limitations above constitute an essential part of this agreement and form the basis on which you are able to use our service. You agree that without these limitations, the terms and conditions and pricing of the service would be substantially different.

For users in the European Union, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform, which you can access at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. If you would like to bring a matter to our attention, please contact us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Ticketify after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified terms.
